What is this

**UPDATE AS OF 3/24/2026: Hello! This is an archived site hosting the "Ad Astra Per Aspera" Gravity Falls fancomic I was working on back in 2023~. I learned a lot about comic making during this experience, but ultimately didn't feel it was worth the time and effort to finish, and that I would rather move on to original projects instead. This comic contains themes of:

-alienation for a number of reasons

-poverty and the folly of trying to escape it

-trauma, autism, and other forms of mental health issues

-a grotesque amount of ghostly symbolism

-horror interspersed with comedy (and science)

-coelacanths

-potentially triggering material such as abuse, stalking, gaslighting, fictional forms of addiction, psychosis, mentions of suicide, and lots of other scary sounding things that you'd come to expect from a Journal 3 adaptation.

-but mostly it'll be fun.
